Once deposit is received and booking confirmed, we will give a provisional installation date, usually there is a 8-12 week waiting list for us to make and prepare your joinery.

How do I get an estimate?

Do you manufacture bespoke timber windows for listed buildings and conservation areas in Shropshire?

Yes. Shropshire is home to thousands of historic properties in areas like Shrewsbury, Ludlow, and Bridgnorth. We specialize in crafting traditional timber sash and flush casement windows that replicate original profiles perfectly, helping you satisfy local authority conservation and planning requirements while improving thermal performance.

Can you supply drawings?

Absolutely we can, all drawings will be supplied once booking is confirmed. We produce scale drawings necessary for planning applications if needed.

How long does a project usually take?

Timelines vary by project size and scope. Our waiting list is generally 10–12 weeks, although this can vary with demand.

What types of timber do you use for your custom wooden doors and windows?

We use premium, sustainably sourced timbers selected for longevity and stability. For maximum durability against the elements, we highly recommend Sapele or Accoya for external projects. We also offer Redwood pine for internal doors and budget-conscious projects. For external framing we can source euro & American Oak or even specialist wood like British quarter sawn oak for decorative applications. Whatever wood you have in mind we can usually source it.

What types of finishes do you supply?

We can use any finish you want, when painting we use a coat on coat spray system professionally finished in our spray booth. We can use osmo, varnish or any RAL colour of paint.

Are your bespoke timber windows and doors double-glazed?

Absolutely. We offer high-performance double glazing seamlessly integrated into traditional wooden frames. For listed buildings where standard double glazing is prohibited, we can also source specialist ultra-thin heritage double glazing (histoglass) or traditional single glazing to match.
